This Twist Vinyasa Yoga routine is designed to heat up the body, burn out impurities and twist away all the toxins inside our body. This class is instantaneous but I encourage you to move and practice at your own pace as you listen to how your body reacts to this practice. Allow this power yoga vinyasa twist routine class to move with ease as you take your time practicing the movements. Did you know that vinyasa fusion focuses on toning and building strength in the full body especially in your lower back.
Twisting promotes the “squeeze and soak” response in the body. Like a kitchen sponge, the toxins are wrung out and fresh oxygenated blood flows into the organs. This is a great practice after overindulging in food or drink.
