4. Single Leg Leg Extensions: 3×15+5 Partial
Last set is a triple drop set
5. Seated Leg Curls: 3×12-15
Last set is a triple drop set.
6. Dumbbell Split Squat: 3×12-15
Last set is a single drop set.
7. Standing Calf Raise: 3×10-12
Last set double drop set.
8. Seated Calf Raise: 3×10-12
