1 – Hanging Leg Raises fifteen reps (3 – four Sets)
two – V-Ups fifteen reps (3 – four Sets)
3 – V-Ups with excess weight (two.5kg+) fifteen reps (3 – four Sets)
four – Hanging Side Twist fifteen reps (3 – four Sets)

five – Weighted Side Bends fifteen reps each and every facet (3 – four Sets)
6 – Lying Leg Increase fifteen reps (3 – four Sets)

7 – TRX Atomic Pushup 20 reps (3 – four Sets)
8 – TRX Hillclimber 40 reps (3 – four Sets)
9 – TRX Pike – 20+ reps (3 – four Sets)

ten – Bosu Ball Twists thirty+ reps (3 – four Sets)
11 – Bosu Ball Spider Crunch 40+ reps (3 – four Sets)
