Power Yoga w/ Weights & Cardio Class – Five Parks Yoga
Power Yoga with weights and cardio! I offer lots of options throughout this practice. If you want a great, vinyasa inspired yoga class with a slow and steady warm up and cool down, you will enjoy this class. If you want to increase the intensity, add some weights and join in for 30-second spurts of cardio throughout this 50-minute practice.
