Cleanse Your Body, Cool Your Mind in this 35 minute power yoga workout with an emphasis on twists and forward bending. Twists are detoxifying and cleansing, forward bends help to soothe the nervous system and calm anxiety. This power yoga class is taught by Los Angeles based yoga teacher Michelle Goldstein and was filmed at The Springs, and includes an integration of mindfulness practice and a gratitude mediation.
About Michelle Goldstein:
Michelle has maintained a daily yoga practice for 18 years. A protégée of renowned Yoga teacher, Bryan Kest of Santa Monica Power Yoga, Michelle has been teaching yoga flow and meditation for 12 years.
Michelle leads workshops, immersions & retreats worldwide as well as teaching at Santa Monica Power Yoga & Equinox Fitness Clubs.
Known for her creative vinyasas (sequences of yoga asana) and pranayama, Michelle Goldsteins teaching integrates influences from various forms of movement and meditation set to powerfully inspiring backdrops of music.
