This total body yoga is a 20 minute yoga flow that provides a deep stretch that helps our tired muscles recover, and helps strengthen our muscles and our bodies. Yoga can often be seen as a full body workout, especially this relaxing beginners style sequence. From the ground up, we’ll cover the legs, lower body, lower back, mid and upper back, neck and shoulders and help relieve any pain you may be experiencing.
